Douglas is a very dedicated and active real estate agent for Beecroft and Cheltenham. He quickly established Ray White Beecroft as an agency that achieves premium prices with excellence in marketing and service. Within the first 12 months of operations, Douglas sold the most homes in Cheltenham. The business has expanded into larger premises to make room for the growing sales department. Douglas takes the time to listen to what vendors and buyers want. His amazing ability to match buyers to properties and negotiate a sale comes with experience. Douglas has the gift of imparting vision to potential buyers about properties they may have otherwise not considered. His best compliment came from a buyer, who stated “I will sell my property with you but not buy through you, as you always get the best prices for your vendors.” Douglas has proven his ability to sell in various market conditions and multiple suburbs. He has created development sites by combining several landholders and sold off the plan, along with sales of established units, townhouses, villas, homes and vacant land.Douglas is originally from the country town of Wellington, NSW. He attended boarding school at The Kings School, Parramatta. He has been a resident of the Northern Districts, since 1987 and has lived in Epping, Eastwood & Beecroft as a property owner. He has represented Beecroft in cricket and soccer. He currently plays Pennant Squash for Thornleigh and is Treasurer for James Ruse Social Golf club. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Business degree from UTS Kuring-gai, associate diploma in accounting, management certificate and a Diploma of Business (Real Estate Management) with Distinction. Douglas is a licensed real estate agent, who has a passion for real estate shown by the level of service, commitment, attitude and energy given to current and past clients.
